I’ve been managing in the restaurant industry for over ten years, and now I’ve decided to help others learn what made me a successful manager.

I believe being a great manager comes from learning more about what not not do that what to do. On this site, you’ll find plenty of stories about how I made the wrong choice which led to knowing the right one.

My goal is to help managers develop their own culture of excellence within their own restaurant, whether it be a small restaurant or large chain.
